Hello I am currently doing a project on feminism, misogony and gender equaility as part of the project there is a requirment to find local organizations that relate to the topic area I'm aware of . Ottawa but unfortunatly as far as local female positive orgs' go that's as far as my knowledge goes. So if anyone can help me find any others that would be quite appreciated.

Maybe you should first choose a topic you can spell correctly. It might help your research efforts a little.

Minwaashin Lodge, Aboriginal Women’s Support Centre:

(Im pretty sure they're based in Ottawa but you'll have to double check) Canadian Research Institute for the Advancement of Women:

Agitate:

anyways there are lots of local org's that deal with feminist issues, one that comes to mind is Canadian Research Institute for the Advancement of Women that my friend used to work for:

You could drop by the Womyn's Resource Center at Ottawa U, I'm sure they could direct you towards all/any local feminist organizations.
